These details are printed on all certificates, invoices and registers, and update on every device.

The logo is stored in the database, so it appears on every device automatically.

Both are placed on the signature line of every certificate and invoice. Use a photo of your signature / rubber stamp on plain white paper — white backgrounds are made transparent automatically. Drag the sliders to resize.

When this is on, printing a workshop invoice or a car sale invoice asks you
for the invoice number and the invoice date. Both must be filled in, and a
number already used is refused.
Job number book
The job\u2019s own number (e.g. AM - 001003), issued the moment you save an invoice. The Invoice No is issued separately below, once payment is recorded.

The Invoice No, issued in sequence the moment an invoice is marked paid by Cash \u2014 separate from the Job No above.

Numbers can only move forwards — you cannot reuse a number already issued. Prefix and layout apply to newly issued references only.
Used car sale invoice book
Download a backup
Saves every job, invoice, certificate record, mechanic and setting into a single file. Keep a copy somewhere safe (email it to yourself, or a USB stick) — ideally once a week.
Restore from a backup
Loads a backup file back in. Records with the same ID are overwritten; sign-in details are not affected.
The password is stored scrambled (salted + hashed) in the database and applies to all devices at once.

Write this down and keep it safe — it is the only way to reset a forgotten password from the login screen, and it will not be shown again.

Add your mechanics here. When you create or edit a job you can assign it to one of them, and filter the jobs list by mechanic.
